Valorant Mobile might be hitting our mobile devices soon. Hard to believe it? Well, we have all the hints. Valorant Mobile has recently found itself on the list of imported online games that got the flag of approval from the National Press and Publication Administration (NPPA) in China.
Valorant Mobile might be officially announcing details after a long hiatus
In the list updated by the NPPA for June of 2024, we have seen 15 new games being added and approved. Valorant Mobile, under the name “Valorant: Operation Primal” (Chinese Translation), found itself on the list at Number 13, and with that, the process of getting the game live to the players might just have become smoother.
Following a few leaks, after its initial announcement was made in June 2021, the Mobile version of Riot Games‘ popular multiplayer tactical shooter Valorant has been in active development for over three years, and apart from the info shared by the developers regarding the development last year, no major news was arriving.
Meanwhile, coming to China, the pace of development seemed a lot faster. The closed beta test for the Valorant Mobile China version, going by the name Project C opened to players from the region last August, and the gameplay had amazing first impressions with top-tier cinematics, animations, and others.
Now, with this announcement, it is pretty sure that we will be getting more updates sooner or later. In the future, global updates might be a possibility as well so stay tuned for updates.
