Wild Rift, the mobile port of League of Legends by Riot, keeps unveiling its plans. This time, the developer team have released to the public the schedule of updates for the game. We’ll tell you about the upcoming Wild Rift patch update release dates in 2021, which have been confirmed.
Riot system of major updates usually brings big changes to the game, new content, events, ranked seasons and more. Sometimes they come with some kind of teaser, be it an Easter Egg in-game, a post on Riot socials or a video on YouTube. Like the recent release from the yordle champions and event and as Riot has stated on its new-year resolutions videos.
Wild Rift patch release dates for 2021
- Patch Version 2.1 – Feb. 2, 2021
- Patch Version 2.2 – Mar. 30, 2021
- Patch Version 2.3 – June 1, 2021
- Patch Version 2.4 – Aug. 3, 2021
- Patch Version 2.5 – Oct. 5, 2021
- Patch Version 2.6 – Dec. 7, 2021
It is important to note that this does not mean those are the only days the game will be update. Usually when game-breaking bugs or strategies are discovered, they are emergencially patched. The game is expected to be to mobiles what League is to PC’s, and has even had its first steps taken upon the proscene direction.
Wild Rift update 2.1 will most likely be the last non-global update, as the game is set to be released for Americas on March. From there on, Riot is expected to announce its plans for each region Professional scenario. The company is very well-known for the efforts put into their events and franchises over the countries.
