HoYoverse has revealed that Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.0, titled “A Sleepwalker’s Confession,” will launch on June 17, 2026, marking the beginning of Season 3. The update opens the doors to the mysterious floating city of Roscaelifer and introduces a lot of new Agents. With all these agents teased, let me tell you all about them that have been revealed, and also what we know so far.

You will need all the polychromes you can get; the lineup of all new characters is all too good to miss. Don’t be like me with only 600 polychromes for the new version.
Zenless Zone Zero version 3.0 Launch characters
Let us start with the 3.0 launch characters, which will be coming in phase 1 and phase 2, respectively. Mind you, this article will only give all the information already revealed by HoYoverse so far. If you want full 3.0 update details, this update article is for you. Also, a side note, I will not cover Pyrois since they are part of our MC’s and not a new character.
The first character of the 3.0 and phase 1 is Velina
Velina Airgid, the first playable Wind Agent, will debut in Version 3.0 Phase 1 on June 17, 2026, voiced by Rhiannon Moushal in EN and Saitō Chiwa in JP. This was confirmed during the 3.0 Livestream, which aired on June 6, 2026. She’s an anomaly-type character, and she’s the head of the External Strategy Department faction and also a part of the Marcel Group. I expect her to be a new meta in the game.
The second character of 3.0 and phase 2 is Norma
Norma Hollowell is the Chief Technician of the External Strategy Department and also a part of the Marcel Group. She’s a Fire Stunner agent. She’s voiced by Madeline Dorroh in EN and Izumi Fūka in JP. I don’t expect her to break any norms in the meta(pun intended).
The future playable agents lineup after Zenless Zone Zero version 3.0
HoYoverse has not dropped who will launch after the 3.0 characters. However, based on the official teasers, I will list all the characters in their reveal order, and hopefully, they don’t add any surprise characters in between these. I am already short on polychromes, and this lineup will deplete whatever is left of them.
Claret of Flint Workshop
Claret Flint is the head of Flint Workshop, one of the Five Central Departments of Roscaelifer. No information has been shared on what type of agent she is. She has the same English voice actor as Mualani in Genshin Impact: Cassandra Lee Morris and the same Japanese voice actor, Ueda Kana, with Yoimiya in Genshin Impact and Rin Tohsaka in Honkai Star Rail. I will bet she will be a tsundere-type character in the game.
Roxy of Flint Workshop
Then we have Roxy, who seems to be a part of the same faction as Claret, as she refers to her as “Miss.”No information has been shared on what type of agent she is. She has the same English voice actor, Bryn Apprill, as Qingque in Honkai Star Rail; meanwhile, her Japanese voice actor, Akasaki Chinatsu, voices Asta in Honkai Star Rail.
The Deputy Administrative Director Sigrid
The Deputy Administrative Director of Roscaelifer’s Airspace Patrol Department is Sigrid. No information has been shared on what type of agent she is. She shares the same, as Nilou in Genshin Impact and Arlan in Honkai Star Rail, with her English voice actor, Dani Chambers, while the same Japanese voice actor, Kaida Yūko, is Chasca in Genshin Impact.
Phoenix of the Krampus Compliance Authority
The next agent that was revealed is Pheonix, not much is known about her or what type of agent she is aside from her affiliation with Krampus, as she was the one mentioned by Promeia in the 2.8 trailer. She has the same Barbara in Genshin Impact and Firefly in Honkai Star Rail, but also Shigure Kira and Blood Embrace in Honkai Impact 3rd; meanwhile, her JP voice actor Fujita Akane shares her voice with Sucrose in Genshin Impact.
PubSec Commissioner Severian Lowell
Severian Lowell is the PubSec Commissioner and also Seth’s elder brother, first mentioned in the Special Episode: Undercover R&B, and makes a brief appearance in Season 2 Interlude. No information has been shared on what type of agent he is so far. He has the same EN voice as Rerir in Genshin Impact and Lygus and Ashveil in Honkai Star Rail by Blythe Melin, and the JP voice actor is Morikawa Toshiyuk.
The Storyteller
Then we have the Storyteller, a mysterious character shown in the Season 3 Preview Trailer. No information has been shared on what type of agent or what faction she belongs to, but from her name, I am sure she’s gonna be crucial to the story of Season 3. She has the same EN voice actor for Zibai in Genshin Impact by Laura Welsh, and her JP Voice Actor is Yamaki Anna.
Voidhunter Remielle Dan
Remielle Dan is one of the most hyped up Season 3 agents who will surely have a romantic story never told before. She was also one of the first seven people to be awarded the title of “Void Hunter.” First teased in the Zenless Zone Zero Lore Teaser video “Where the Miracle Began.”No information has been shared on what type of agent she is. She is voiced by Amber Lee Connors and is also the same EN VA for Furina in Genshin Impact and Nihilux for Honkai Star Rail. Her JP VA is Ōnishi Saori, and she is also the voice of Ruan Mei in Honkai Star Rail.
Voidhunter Lady Sunbringer
And lastly, Lady Sunbringer, the other most hyped Season 3 character. She is also one of the first seven people to be awarded the title of “Void Hunter.” She’s also the founder of the Marcel Group and the inventor of Bangboos. No information has been shared on what type of agent she is so far. She shares the same English voice actor, Erica Lindbeck, as Chevreuse in Genshin Impact, while her Japanese voice actor, Ōhara Sayaka, is Ningguang in Genshin Impact.
And with that, I have covered all the officially revealed Season 3 characters so far, and be sure to save up for whom you want to roll your saved polychrome on. Let’s hope HoYoverse does not disappoint in the character designs and the story of Season 3. As it stands, Season 3 is hyping up to be one of the best seasons so far.
