Cookie Run: Kingdom has introduced equipable items similar to Toppings called ‘Beascuits‘ that help boost your Cookie’s stats and increase their utility. Unlike Toppings, Beascuits are a bit complicated to farm and may be confusing to some players. As such, here is a Cookie: Run Kingdom Beascuits Guide to explain what they are, how to farm, and what items you will need to level them up.
What are Beascuits and how do they work in Cookie Run: Kingdom
They work similarly to Toppings which exist to increase your Cookie’s stats (ATK, HP, Crit, DMG Resist, etc.) by equipping it. You can only equip one Beascuit per Cookie and that particular Beascuit has to match with the Type of the Cookie. Beascuits have four tiers: Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. It is recommended that players focus on equipping Epic as a newcomer and then begin farming Legendary Beascuits.
Beascuits have bonus effects as well where their sub-stats are randomized as you level up the Beascuits. Only ATK and HP (main stats) remain the same. The sub-stats are randomized (ATK, DEF, HP, ATK SPD, CRIT, DMG Resist, CRIT Resist, Cooldown, Amplify Buff, Debuff Resist, DMG Resist Bypass, Element DMG).
Use Bites and Coins to boost their ATK and HP stats. Spend Crystals to unlock their Bonus Effects, and use Beascuit Dough to reroll them if you don’t like the effects. Legendary Beascuits have the best bonuses, so focus on them.
Attunement
Attunement is important as each of the stats will not activate unless the type of cookie (e.g. Financier Cookie is Defense, so you need Defense symbol) matches up with the stats. A blue background on the stat will indicate this. You can only attempt attuning a specific Beascuit 16 times, so attune a Beascuit with more than 2, preferably 3 stats already attuned.
Guaranteed attunement is when you use attunement kits of the corresponding rarity (50 per attunement) to guarantee a successful attunement. You can get these kits by breaking down Beascuits with Attunement attempts. Breaking down a Beascuit with 16/16 attempts used up will get you 52 attunement kits.
Each Bonus Effect must “match” the Cookie type to work. Use Crystals or Attunement Kits to align mismatched Bonus Effects. It is advised that you stop trying to align a Beascuit after a few failed attempts and break it down for resources instead.
Farming Beascuits and Best Team Comps to use
Players must first clear the main story till 8-30. Afterward, they’ll unlock Beast-Yeast Ep.1 Secrets of the Silver Kingdom. Once you clear Beast Yeast 1-3, you can farm Biscuits from here on now. Players can jump straight to Hard Mode to farm the Legendary Cookies as they are only available through Hard Mode. To obtain the maximum types of Beascuits, it is advisable that players clear and farm Stage 1-30.
The Best Team to Farm Stage 1-30 are as follows:
- Burnt Cheese Cookie (Toppings: 5 Solid Almond)
- Financier Cookie (Toppings: 5 Solid Almond)
- Cream Puff Cookie (Toppings: 5 Juicy Apple Jelly)
- Pure Vanilla Cookie (Toppings: 5 Swift Chocolate)
- Crème Brûlée Cookie (Toppings: 5 Solid Almond)
Some other alternative Cookies:
- Icicle Yeti Cookie (Toppings: 5 Swift Chocolate)
- Silverbell Cookie (Toppings: 4 Swift Chocolate & 1 Juicy Apple Jelly)
Having Financier and Crème Brûlée is a must as they will be your carrys. Everyone else will act as support. Additionally, you do not have to worry much if you clear your stage with fallen Cookies as it will still be deemed a successful clear. It is recommended that you should use these Treasures: Sleepyhead’s Jelly Watch, Librarian’s Enchanted Robes, and Dream Conductor’s Whistle.
Tips to Remember while using Beascuits in Cookie Run: Kingdom
- Focus on Legendary Beascuits: They have the best stats and bonuses.
- Don’t stress over early Beascuits: Aim for good Epic or Rare Beascuits at first.
- Save resources for strong Beascuits: Only spend Bites and Crystals on Beascuits with great bonuses or lots of potential.
- Reroll smartly: Legendary Beascuits with fully aligned slots are the best to reroll.
- Breaking Point Levels: Upgrade Beascuits past levels like 21 for big stat gains, but don’t max them unless they’re amazing.
- Break down low-rarity Beascuits: Use the Bites and Dough for better ones.
- Break bad Legendary Beascuits: If a Legendary Beascuit doesn’t align or reroll well after four attempts, break it down for Kits and resources.
Beascuits are a long-term investment. Keep grinding Beast-Yeast stages, breaking down extras, and upgrading the best ones you find. Focus on improving your top Cookies for PvP and Guild content with Legendary Beascuits.
