• Search the lobby section for a circular icon that sits on the immediate right of the Settings (cogwheel) symbol, at the top of the game screen. Tap on that once you find it.

• A drop-down list would appear on the left of your screen with two options to navigate to, namely FAQ and CD Key. Players must tap on FAQ next.
• This would take you to the Live Chat Support room where the chatbot would greet you with a list of Frequently Asked Questions. It might so happen that you find your exact issue there. To read the answers, you need to tap on the intended Query. The chatbot would immediately revert back with the answer.
• If however, you do not find your issue, you need to type out that in the blank text area. Once you send that text, the chatbot would return with a new set of FAQs that match your issue. Choose from that set now to get the solution/fix.

• Say your issue still persists at this stage. In this scenario, tap on the Unresolved option located right below the answer that has been responded back with. The chatbot would then request you to tap on the Player Support option located at the bottom left corner of the chat window.
• This would connect to an agent from the Player Support team who will answer back as soon as possible. Make sure that you write about your issue in detail and add relevant screenshots by tapping on the Image icon just beside the text-inputting box.
• If you do not get the FAQ results intended, even after typing out your issue, choose the 4th option from the first FAQ list that was presented before you, i.e., Reporting a bug. The chatbot would again request you to tap on Player Support. A ticket will be created in your name, and just like in the previous scenario, you must write about your issue in detail and add relevant screenshots.

Note: You can do multiple follow-ups with the Support team till your issue is Resolved. It is to be noted that the hours of operation of the Support team are between 08:00 till 24:00 GMT. That doesn’t mean that you have to report this issue within this time frame.
