Mobile Legends Bang Bang October 2020 Season 18 Hero tier list is here! In this season Moonton completely changed the Lane mechanism and farming strategy. The Developer team mainly focused on team fights in this season, so for Marksman and Assassin type heroes, they have to choose their lanes wisely. However, Tank and fighter type heroes are now more important in Gank. They have also introduced a new Semi Tank/Fighter type hero Barats, who can be really useful in the mid and late-game phases. Mobile Legends Season 18 Meta Heroes
Valir
He is one of the best mages right now in this season, you will see Valir almost in every match. He is super effective for enemies to deal with damage with CC abilities and he even can be even played as a support as well. His 2nd skill is really annoying as it can push back enemies to cancel their Ultimate in team fight either defend yourself from a bad situation or protect your teammates.
Lancelot
Lancelot recently got revamped and now he is much stronger than other assassins. If you can cast his dash skills properly then he can be a great assassin to push rank. Lance’s biggest strength is his immunity for a certain moment. His 2nd skill can immune to all of the skill heroes. If you are using him remember farm is the key to buy items for him and he can escape from any tricky situation.
Selena
Selena is a little hard to play but once you have mastered her then you can push rank like no one else. In order to dominate the battlefield, you have to use her combos properly. Damage, Slow, Mobility, Escape, stun she has it all. After starting the game she can immediately reach level 4 by taking buffs and played aggressively in the whole game.No one banned her cause many people underestimate her Abyss Arrow. So use it and push your rank.
Khufra
He is a very good tank to counter all types of blink skill assassins. All of his skills got a CC effect not only that he can easily prevent enemy flicker. Use his 2nd skill wisely to get control of the battlefield. If you are familiar with this hero skills, don’t hesitate to use it in rank matches.
Chou
He is one of the old heroes who are always in meta. He justifies his name correctly The King of Fighters. What ability do you want in a good fighter? He is a perfect solo laner, can farm easily, can tank if needed, can be played as an assassin too, got CC skills, Knock up effect, Stun. Immune, dash effect. With all these abilities in the late game, Chou can easily finish off the squishy heroes with just one combo. He is always a must picked hero in high tier rank matches but also remember it will need some practice to shine in the battlefield.
Ling
This is very fun to play type hero and the best part is that no one banned this Hero in the normal rank matches. All you need to do is a farm in the early game, do not die, and aim for the wall to roam in the bush. His skill 1 helps him to rotate faster, during a team fight if he uses his ultimate he is immune for a while. Ling can deal mass damage to his opponents if his build has been completed. If your enemy took ling does not just stretch the game, try to finish it early.
Esmeralda
She is generally known for her shield and very high magic damage from her skill set. Esmeralda is a unique type tank hero who can literally change the enemy’s life bar into a shield. In order to kill her, you must need a cc hero or a hero with hard stun. Without them do not even try to kill her in a 1v1 situation.
Uranus
He can deal a good amount of damage to finish low hp enemies with his execute battle spell combo. He can even be used as an offlaner, when needed he can join any team fight. In the late game phase, he is very hard to kill.
Luo Yi
We all know she is a must banned hero in this meta, but sometimes if you are lucky you can get an opportunity to pick her. This mage can deal damage to multiple enemies. She can use her ultimate and her skill casting combos to destroy the whole enemy team. All you have to do master her Yin-Yang skill and then dominate the battlefield.
Atlas
He is generally known for his insane CC that can ruin the whole enemy combo. He is one of the deadliest tanks in a team fight. If the enemy team doesn’t have to purify or the immune effect he can catch them all and feed them to the ally team. He is very easy to use and have a slow effect to poke the enemies easily. Use flicker with atlas to make combos more effective.
Helcurt
He is famous for his Ultimate and silent mobility with his sick silenced attack. His ultimate can get him free assist and as well as scaring the living daylight out of enemies. He can kill any enemy’s squishy damage dealer. He is a big threat against MM and Mage. Use his 2nd skill properly to increase the damage ratio. If he is not banned do not think twice to pick him.
Yu-Zhong
Yu-Zhong is one of the most banned or feared fighter in this game right now. He may be slowing a bit but deadly killer, each time enemies tried to kill him but with the help of Sha essence, he will come back in the combat zone. He is a very good hero in the team fight cause of his free lifesteal, after building his core items he is unstoppable. The best part is he can turn into a gigantic dragon and can prevent enemies from CC skills.
Yi-Sun-Shin
The new revamped Yss is much stronger than the old one. Now he belongs from the Assassin category too because of his high enhanced damage. Now he has an immune skill and a dash skill which can be really helpful in a team fight. With his ultimate, he can easily know all the enemy’s position and provide your whole team a vision for a more successful gank. He can do both close range and long-range damage so feel free to wipe the enemies. Make sure to utilize his passive by changing close range and long-range, every two basic attacks.
Final Thoughts
Meta heroes will help you to push rank easily but also keep that in mind all heroes have counters and it completely depends upon players’ gameplay. So try to see the enemy pick and then choose counter pick to win the match easily. Picking meta heroes do not guarantee a win. Factors like skills, team composition, map knowledge, timing, farming etc are equally important!
