Pokémon Unite Typhlosion’s Johto Adventure Challenge event: Here’s how to get Typhlosion for free

New Attacker-type Pokémon Typhlosion is now available in Pokémon Unite. Starting April 24th, 2026, you can participate in the Typhlosion’s Johto Adventure Challenge Event to get its Unite License, Background, Frame, and many other exciting rewards for free. In this article, we’ll walk you through the Pokémon Unite Typhlosion Challenge Event and how to get Typhlosion’s Unite License for free.

How to get Typhlosion’s Unite License from the Typhlosion Johto Adventure Challenge Event

To get Typhlosion’s exclusive Unite License, you’d have to navigate to the Typhlosion Johto Adventure Challenge section in the event tab. In this event, you’d have to progress through a board-like map, completing tasks and collecting Johto Adventure Coins. These coins can be used to redeem Typhlosion’s Unite License and other exclusive rewards.

The following are some tips to note while participating in the Johto Adventure Challenge event.

• When you log in during the event, you can obtain up to 1 die per day. You can roll a die to advance the number of squares rolled. You can own only one die obtained by logging in at a time.
• If you’re not happy with a number you rolled, you can use Aeos Tickets to reroll the die for a guaranteed higher number. You can reroll each die up to 5 times.
• When you land on a square, you’ll unlock tile missions. You cannot roll the die again until you’ve completed one of the tile missions for the square you’re on. You can also complete tile missions by using 5 Aeos gems.

• The number of Johto Adventure coins you’ll obtain when reaching the end of each map has a fixed probability. 100 Johto Adventure coins – 90% chance, while 150 Johto Adventure coins have a 10% chance.
• Landing on a lucky square will allow you to advance 1-3 squares randomly.
• If you have more than one die, you’ll roll the die obtained by logging in first.
• Besides obtaining dice by logging in every day, you can also obtain up to 10 additional dice from the Support Log-In Bonus and Coin Collection Challenge.

Missions and Rewards in Typhlosion Challenge Event

On accumulating enough Johto Adventure Coins, you’ll be able to exchange them for exciting new rewards. These rewards are highlighted below:

• Typhlosion’s Unite License – 900 Johto Adventure Coins
• Typhlosion’s Exclusive Background – 100 Johto Adventure Coins
• Typhlosion’s themed Frame – 50 Johto Adventure Coins
• 300 Item Enhancers – 50 Johto Adventure Coins
• 7-day Battle Point Boost Card – 80 Johto Adventure Coins
• 3-day Battle Point Boost Card – 40 Johto Adventure Coins
• 3-day Limited License: Typhlosion – 160 Johto Adventure Coins
• 1-day Limited License: Typhlosion – 80 Johto Adventure Coins
• 30 Aeos Tickets – 10 Johto Adventure Coins

Since it’d take a couple of days to finally obtain Typhlosion’s Unite License, you can participate in any of the following events for added rewards and bonuses:

• Johto Adventure Support – Login Bonus event: This event grants extra dice when you successfully log in to the game for 7 days during this event.
• Typhlosion’s Coin Collection Challenge: On collecting Milestone amounts of Johto Adventure Coins, you’ll be rewarded with bonus Dice for drawing in the Typhlosion’s Johto Adventure Challenge Event.
