On Tuesday, September 10th, 2024, 52 Entertainment announced it has further expanded its presence in the industry and leadership in evergreen online gaming with the acquisition of the Barcelona-based casual games studio.

Known for titles like Bubble Shooter Rainbow, Word Search Quest, and Spades, Blackout attracts over 19.6 million players monthly and has reached over 344 million downloads globally. The studio has built a strong presence across Europe, Latin America, and North America, bringing fun and easy-to-play games across multiple platforms.
Meanwhile, 52 Entertainment is a global leader in both community and casual games. Their portfolio spans a variety of beloved titles, from classic games like Bridge Base Online and e-sailing to popular casual hits like Exoty Dominoes, Funbridge, Yatzy, Baloot, Exoty Belote, and Exoty Tarot.
Olivier Comte, the President and CEO of 52 Entertainment expressed delight with the move. “This new chapter strengthens our position as a leader in the online gaming industry and marks a turning point in our quest for innovation and diversification,” he said.
