Cookie Run: Kingdom is set to release the new Version 6.4 update, “The Flame Awakens”. The update will be available after maintenance, which will be held around 06:00 – 10:00 (GMT+9). The new update coming on April 9th will bring a brand new story update along with new cookies, events, permanent content, and more
Some portions of this update’s content may change before its release. The finalized changes will be available in the patch notes once the update is complete. As it is, the new update will be filled with new content such as new Cookies, New Episodes, Limited Events, Toppings, Treasures, QoL updates, and more!
Cookie Run: Kingdom Version 6.4 Update: New Cookie Characters
Legendary Cookie: Fire Spirit Cookie
- Rarity: Legendary
- Type: Magic
Skill Description: Fire Spirit Cookie flies towards his enemies, scorching his path, and dealing Periodic Damage. Afterwards, he causes Flame Explosion, dealing damage and inflicting Explosive Burn on enemies.
Next, Fire Spirit Cookie channels his fire energy to launch a Fire Orb at the nearest enemy, causing Area Damage and Chain Explosion to nearby targets, ending when there are no more targets left. The Guardian of Fire applies Wall of Fire on the team at the start of battle.
Additionally, his skill will be amplified when entering battle with other Fire-type Cookies: the more Cookies, the stronger his skill. If Fire Spirit Cookie is defeated in battle, he is revived with Unquenchable Flames and summons Flame Hydras if ally Cookies are defeated in battle. The embodiment of flames, Fire Spirit Cookie, is resistant to Burn and Explosive Burn.
Epic Cookie: Agar Agar Cookie

Skill Description: Agar Agar Cookie mimics the skills of the Legendary Guardians of Nature: Fire Spirit Cookie, Stormbringer Cookie, Sea Fairy Cookie, Wind Archer Cookie, and Frost Queen Cookie. If she enters a battle with one of these Cookies on the team, she will mimic their skill.
If there are none, she will use a skill randomly. Using a skill applies Immunity to Shackles on allies and a debuff that reduces ATK SPD and MOV SPD on enemies.

New Resonant Toppings: Flaming Toppings
A brand-new set of Resonant Toppings is making its debut! And only a select group of Cookies will be able to equip them. Only the selected Cookies will be able to take advantage of these powerful Toppings!

New Toppings Upgrade: Toppings Tart
The update introduces 30 new Topping Tarts, spanning Common, Rare, and Epic rarities. Each Cookie can equip one Tart, which amplifies Topping set effects. For example, the Epic Apple Jelly Tart boosts ATK by 6.6% – 11.0%, while others enhance CRIT, HP, or DEF.
The Topping set system has also been revamped, now activating bonuses at 2, 3, and 5 Toppings, with an additional boost from the equipped Tart. This allows for deeper customization and strategic team-building!

Descend Into the Unknown: The Mines Await!
This brand-new event is unlocked after reaching Cookie Castle Lv.6 and completing the “Restore the Mines” quest. The Mines introduce a sprawling underground network filled with treasures and trials. You can venture deep with a Mine Cart, uncovering Ore Veins, Battle Cards, and Fossils along the way.
Exploration is key as upgrading Mine Carts improves efficiency, while Venture Tools like Hearty Lunch (restoring HP) and Rapid Action Engine Oil (speeding up progress) aid in survival. However, the deeper one goes, the more challenging the Mines become, draining Cookie’s HP and reducing effectiveness.
Mining Ore Veins yields valuable resources, but timing is crucial as the Vein Cards expire if unused. Meanwhile, Mine Battles pits you against foes in Cookie and MyCookie battles, rewarding Agar Cubes that must be melted in furnaces to reveal hidden prizes.
For those of you who love discovery, Appraisal lets you crack open Fossils to uncover rare items, while the Mine Workshop allows crafting of Topping Tarts, a brand-new enhancement system.
Spring Cookie Games: Arcade Arena Returns
The Arcade Arena is back with four rotating battle modes! each with unique rules:
- 5v5 Elemental Arena (April 9th-16th) – Battle using elemental Cookies.
- 5v5 Battle of the Epics (April 16th-23rd) – Epic and Super Epic Cookies only.
- 7v7 Kingdom Clash (April 23rd-30th) – A mix of Epic, Rare, and Common Cookies.
- 7v7 Treasure Showdown (April 30th-May 7th) – All rarities, plus up to five Treasures.
You can climb the ranks from Chocolate to Grandmaster, earning exclusive rewards. A new Elite tier has been added, and Seasonal Treasures will shake up strategies.
Town Square Chaos: Cake Hound Round-Up
During scheduled sessions, a whimsical new minigame, Cake Hound Round-Up, tasks you with herding runaway Cake Hounds. By swinging a Candy Cane, you can gather Regular Cake Hounds (which form Whole Cakes for bonus points) and Special Cake Hounds with unique abilities.
Success earns Town Square Coins, and collecting enough rewards grants a “Friendly Cake Hound” companion that follows MyCookie around town.
Agar Slime Crisis and Cherry Blossom Picnic
In the Agar Slime Crisis, you must deal as much damage as possible to a massive Agar Slime, whose weakness changes based on team composition. Nine seasonal rankings offer rewards for top performers.
Meanwhile, Cherry Blossom Cookies’ Spring Picnic lets you roll the dice on a picnic board, landing on spaces that grant rewards. Collecting 100 dice unlocks Cherry Blossom Cookie’s Picnic Season Costume, while special Cherry Picnic Dice allow you to choose their rolls.
