The yearly celebration of the world’s best footballers is once again on the horizon in EA Sports‘ FC Mobile. The FC Mobile 26 Team of the Year (TOTY) event is officially on its way, and EA has now opened public voting starting January 7, 2026.
As always, TOTY is all about celebrating the standout performers from the past calendar year, with fans playing a direct role in shaping the final squads. Team of the Year has arrived once again, giving fans a chance to vote for their favorite stars from across global football.
You can participate in voting for both Men’s and Women’s TOTY, helping decide the elite XI that will represent the very best of the season. At the time of writing, EA has not yet revealed the full nominee list, but voting will go live on the official EA platform in a few hours.

How to vote and pick your Team of the Year (TOTY) for FC Mobile 26
With voting now live from January 7, fans can start building their own Team of the Year based on personal preference, performance, and loyalty to their favorite players. While the complete nominees list is yet to be officially announced, I’m expecting around 84 nominees again, going by last year’s edition.
Once voting concludes, EA’s expert panel will combine community votes to finalize the official TOTY squads for both EA Sports FC 26 and FC Mobile 26. To make sure your favorite players have a chance to make the cut, here’s how you can cast your vote:
- Visit the official EA Sports FC TOTY website.
- Select your picks for the Men’s TOTY, Women’s TOTY, or both
- Agree to EA’s Terms and Conditions
- Submit your vote and lock in your choices
The final Team of the Year XI will be revealed shortly after voting ends. These selected players will receive special TOTY cards in both EA Sports FC 26 and FC Mobile, featuring some of the highest ratings and most desirable upgrades of the season.
It’s also worth noting that all nominated players, not just the final XI, will be featured in a dedicated TOTY event in FC Mobile 26. This means plenty of content, player items, and rewards to celebrate one of the biggest events of the year.
When will the TOTY event release in EA Sports FC Mobile 26
EA has not officially confirmed the release date for the TOTY event in FC Mobile 26 yet. However, looking at previous years, the event traditionally launches toward the end of January. With current events expected to wrap up around that time, it’s reasonable to expect TOTY to follow shortly after.
