Today, Niantic announced a new collaboration between Pokémon GO, Amazon Prime Gaming, and Prime Student. Trainers who are Prime members can claim bundles of bonus items that include PokéBalls, Max Revives, and more, in Pokémon GO every two weeks for the next several months. These bonus items will undoubtedly be useful for Trainers with the upcoming May Community Day and Pokémon GO Fest 2022. The first bonus item bundle will be available today, May 19, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. PDT (GMT -7).
Niantic brings interactive Pokémon GO experiences to select universities with this collab
On Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time, Niantic will also bring exclusive, on-campus meetups to select universities in the United States, where Amazon Prime Student Ambassadors will meet with other Trainers and share free Pokémon GO and Prime Gaming swag. The places where the ambassadors will meet are listed below:
- Seattle University: Campion Hall Lobby
- University of California-Davis: UC Davis Memorial Union Quad
- University of California-Los Angeles: Bruin Plaza, in front of Ackerman Union
- University of California-San Diego: Middle of Sixth College Lawn (1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time)
- University of California-Santa Cruz: East Field (12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time)
While playing Pokémon GO, players should be aware of their surroundings and follow local health authority guidelines. Users can stay updated with all the information by visiting the official website or following the social media handles.
Trainers who are Prime members can continue to claim bundles of bonus items that include Poké Balls, Max Revives, and more. With so many exciting events happening this fall, these bundles are sure to come in handy!
