Pokémon TCG Pocket, the next in the hit franchise has finally received its global release date. As announced by Mr. Tsunekazu Ishihara, the President & CEO of The Pokémon Company, the awaited card game will be debuting on October 30, 2024, across both Android and iOS platforms.
Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket was announced during the Pokémon Presents 2024 event and was scheduled for release in 2024. A few months later, in May 2024, The Pokémon Company alongside DeNA launched Pokémon Card D Studio to manage and promote the game.

The game’s release date announcement arrived with its official trailer launch during the closing ceremony of the 2024 Pokémon World Championships in Honolulu. The announcement from the CEO also included the dates and locations of the next Pokemon World Championships, which is set to be held at Anaheim in 2025 and San Francisco in 2026.
