The 3rd anniversary of PUBG Mobile is almost here. The highly anticipated PUBG Mobile 1.3 update was released a few days back, bringing a plethora of new features to the game. And as a part of this update, a new anniversary theme and many new features have been added to the game. One of them is Hundred Rhythms Mode. However, this mode is exclusively available for only the Erangel map in PUBG Mobile. In this article, you will get to know everything about the brand new Hundred Rhythms Mode in PUBG Mobile.
About the Hundred Rhythms Mode in PUBG Mobile
This new Hundred Rhythms mode is much like the previous event mode – The Runic Power. In this game mode, players will get to select a skill out of three and will play the match with it. Players will have to select a special and unique skill on the spawn island from the three available options – Guardian Armband, Recon Knight Armband, and Survivor Armband. The selection process is the same as the Runic Power ability selection part.
Each Armband has 3 unique skills. Two of them will need special scattered cassettes to activate and one skill will be available from the start of the match. Players can get cassettes from almost any building on the map just like other loots.
Types of Armbands in Hundred Rhythms mode
As it was said earlier, the Hundred Rhythms mdoe has basically 3 kinds of Armbands. Here are the 3 armbands and the skills that they bring in for the players.
1. Guardian Armband
This armband has three skills- Music Barrier, Music Conversion, and Pop metal.
Using this skill you can create a semi-transparent sphere-shaped barrier. This barrier significantly reduces the damage from enemies’ bullets.
This skill is like a counter for the Music Barrier skill. Players can use this skill to disable the barrier created by the enemies.
This skill also creates a barrier like the first skill. Moreover, players’ and their teammates’ gun reload time will decrease when they are inside this barrier.
2. Reckon Knight Armband
The second Armband in this mode is the Reckon Knight Armband. This armband has three skills- Sonic scan, Encore and Sound burst.
Activating this skill, a player can launch a drone-type device that will scan and mark enemies and their exact locations on the map.
Using this skill, the player will be able to recover health after knocking out the marked enemies by the Sonic scan device.
Using this skill, when you rush to a marked enemy, your gun’s ammunition will get an electric charge boost which will shock and deal damage over time to the enemies.
3. Survivor Armband
This armband also has three skills- Stealth, Surveillance, and Breathing Easy.
Enabling this skill will change the player’s outfit into a ghillie suit for a limited period of time.
An User Interface mark will appear on the screen just like the universal mark if there are any enemies nearby.
If the player is yet to take damage, he will recover health over time automatically when he uses this skill.
