A new game development studio has emerged to life, Redly Games. This is an independent gaming studio based in Helsinki, Finland, which is backed by pre-seed funding from Supercell.

The announcement was unveiled by Thea Chow, the Founder and CEO of Redly Games via LinkedIn. Before starting Redly Games, Thea was a Game Lead at Supercell, where she played a role in overseeing the development of major titles like Clash Royale and mo.co.
Redly Games is to create games with a strong positive impact. The mission is to create incredibly immersive games that will not only delight but even inspire joy and optimism in millions of players. Thea imagines these games will encourage cooperation, problem-solving, and be a force for good in the gaming industry and the world.
Thea further added: “The gaming landscape is evolving rapidly, presenting new challenges and exciting opportunities. I firmly believe that there is always room for well-crafted games that spark curiosity and deliver engaging experiences for players. With our funding and the support of our investor, we’re poised to tackle these challenges and create experiences that captivate players worldwide.”
Another good news is Redly Games has already kicked off its development process for its first title, Project Oasis. Made in Unreal Engine 5, this will be a 3D adventure game. This is a cross-platform game that will be developed for and launched on mobile first.
