Squad Busters has shared its roadmap for the final four months of the year, giving players plenty to look forward to this Q4 of 2025. September through December is packed with new heroes, skins, modes, and seasonal events, so there are some exciting battles and fun rewards.

Squad Busters Q4 2025 Roadmap Explained
The month of September brings a brand-new Monster Trophy mode along with a free Arcade skin. Events such as Hatchling Run will be running this month as well, alongside Sonic the Hedgehog, still in the mix with new content lined up.

Meanwhile, the SquadUP countdown kicks off this month on the 20th of September, offering daily freebies. Rewards include coins, hero points, style tickets, and chests, all leading up to the Arcade Shelly skin as the ultimate reward.
October keeps things rolling with a powerful new hero and Halloween-themed events. Details about the new hero are not out yet. You can dive into festive battles through High Score event and Bounty modes while enjoying spooky rewards.
The highly anticipated Arcade World event has been shifted to November as a special event featuring four unique Arcade maps. Alongside the Arcade action, you can enjoy High Score and Bounty events, plus the introduction of new modes is also being teased.

Another new hero is coming this December as we wrap up the year with a new Squaddie as well. As part of the events, we have a festive Advent Calendar, Bounty, and Christmas skins. Hero Trophies is being mentioned as well, although we might have a good three-month wait to see what’s coming.
