Genshin Impact version 3.0 just released and version 3.1 leaks are coming out. Genshin Impact version 3.1 is going to be even larger and more important than the current version because the 2nd anniversary of the game is going to occur during the next update. So, new characters, and events are expected in version 3.1. The expected date for version 3.1 is September 28, 2022.
The Desert region of Sumeru might be unlocked in Genshin Impact version 3.1
In version, the 2nd region of Sumeru would be unlocked, the Desert Region. The name of the quest to unlock this region of Sumeru is going to be Searing Dreams in the Sea of Sand.
Genshin Impact version 3.1 might also bring some updates in Spiral Abyss
Keeping in consideration the newly released Dendro Element characters, changes are going to happen in Spiral Abyss. Player characters would get a boost on triggering Dendro-based reactions and the enemies would be getting debuffs if they are affected by Dendro-based attacks.
Also, it is suggested that players would be getting a copy of Collei on clearing Spiral Abyss Floor 4 Chamber 3, much like Xiangling.
New 4 and 5 stars characters and weapons are expected to release in the version 3.1 update
Nilou, Cyno, and Candace are expected to be released in version 3.1. Nilou and Cyno are going to be 5-star characters and Candace is going to be a 4 star4-star character. Both Nilou and Cyno are going to get their special 5-star weapons. 3 more weapons are also to be introduced in the weapon banner. Also, players would be getting a few weapons for free, they are:
- 4-star polearm, Weinlesefest.
- 5-star Sword: Key of Hierophany
- 5-star Polearm: Staff of Scarlett Sands
Along with all expected characters, weapons, and events in Genshin Impact version 3.1. Players would also be getting a sign-in event and most probably free wishes from this event.
