The 5th Anniversary of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is already upon us. Moonton had previously given us a preview of the upcoming Anniversary event which had revealed a lot of new content including a new support hero Floryn, skins and many other rewards. In addition, on specific dates, there will be a few bonuses on offer. These include several free-to-play heroes for a limited time or free star protection for teaming up in ranked matches.
Mobile Legends 5th Anniversary: Event details![]()
The anniversary event is themed around the Moon Festival. It is a traditional festival celebrated by many East and Southeast Asian people. The main attraction of the event is definitely the new support hero Floryn and a new skin for Miya, the Moon Priestess. The new hero and the skin will be given out for free to the players, which can be easily obtained by participating in the event.
How to get new hero Floryn for free in MLBB
Players can acquire the new hero Floryn for free by participating in the Anniversary Event. Players will simply have to log in for 6 days and claim sign-in rewards from the New Hero Giveaway tab on the Events page to get the new hero. The event lasts from the 9th of September, 2021 to the 21st of September, 2021. Players will receive the Floryn Exchange Token on logging in on the 6th day which they can exchange for the new hero Floryn in the Collect and Exchange Event which begins on 22nd September 2021.
How to get free time-limited Abyssal Reaper skin of Thamuz
Players can get the Abyssal Reaper skin of Thamuz through the Anniversary pre-registration event which is expected to start on the 11th of September, 2021. Players need to log in on the 21st of September, 2021 to claim the skin for free.
Mobile Legends 5th Anniversary exchange event
Players can participate in the events and complete tasks to earn moonstones (event currency) which can be used to exchange for in-game skins, emotes, avatar borders etc. Moonton also announced that moonstones left can be used after the anniversary event ends. Therefore, one can collect as much as one can.
Following, we have listed the events and the amount of Moonstones players can acquire from the events.
- Moon Goddess’ Blessing (9th of September, 2021 – 8th of October, 2021): 300 pcs
- Friends Callback (25th of September, 2021 – 15th of October, 2021): 100 pcs
- Arcade Carnival (27th of September, 2021 – 15th of October, 2021): 100 pcs
- Anniversary Sign-in event (9th of October, 2021 – 15th of October, 2021): 100 pcs
- Moonstone Rebate (21st of September, 2021 – 15th of October, 2021) : 150 pcs
How to get free Miya anniversary skin, avatar border, recall effect, emote
Players can participate in the Anniversary Events and complete tasks to earn Moonstones which can be used in the Collect and Exchange Event to claim the Miya Anniversary Skin for free. Players can also use the Moonstones to exchange and claim the Anniversary Avatar Border, Anniversary Emote and Anniversary Recall effect for free as well.
Friends Callback Event
Players have the chance to get free in-game diamonds alongside the anniversary skin for Miya through the Friends Callback event. Players can invite the old players for returning to the game and acquire up to three skins and a chance to win in-game diamonds.
Anniversary Sign-in: Get a free permanent hero in MLBB
Players can also unlock one free hero permanently by simply signing in to the event between the 9th of October, 2021 to the 15th of October, 2021. On the 6th day, players will receive the Hero Selection chest.
Nostalgia Event: Get 2 free hero skins
The nostalgia event returns as always with free skins, this time with even bigger prizes. Players can unlock not one but two skins. One normal tier skin and one more elite tier skin can be obtained from the event. One must complete event tasks to earn points and unlock skins of your choice.
Other events
Players can play 7 different Arcade modes which will be all available in the Anniversary Event. Along with these, players can also enjoy a ton of perks throughout the event during specific dates.

Mobile Legends 5th Anniversary Event will be showering their player base with lots of free giveaways and rewards.
