The ongoing August 2023 season of Clash of Clans will be celebrating the 11th anniversary of the game, for which they have come with the ‘Clash to the Future’. The second challenge event of the season is now live, the Clashiversary Challenge #2 showcasing the Future King skin and featuring yet another interesting base layout that players must conquer to achieve a flawless three-star attack. As Clash of Clans players are eager to take on this fresh challenge, we have devised effective strategies to 3-star this Clashiversary Challenge #2.
Introducing the Clashiversary Challenge #2 in Clash of Clans
Again, we have a Town Hall 15 base designed by popular Clash of Clans YouTuber Zolokotroko. While giving a first look at it we were pleasantly surprised and had a reaction of what was it? It is a maze but in this case, you have the map. But do we know what’s the story behind all those traps and defenses hidden? We need to find out before cracking the base open.
Once again the rewarding pattern is similar to all the previous challenges. Along with the extra resources that are provided, players can gain 400 XP, 25 Gems, and 1x Resource Potion.
How to beat the Clashiversary Challenge #2 in Clash of Clans
The troop combination is unique and also powerful enough to easily three-star, so don’t worry if any strategy goes wrong in the middle. You start the attack with air troops here with a couple of skeleton spells to help things out. Monoliths are the worst kind of defense if you are the one attacking so you need to take them down before you hit the Hidden Teslas emerging alongside the skeleton traps.
You start the attack on the right side of the base, where there are two Monoliths placed. We shall need to take them down with the help of the Balloons, for which we deploy 4 to 5 balloons there, not any extra. Let them find their way towards the base where they will encounter a couple of Hidden Teslas and before they reach the Monoliths, drop two skeleton spells on each of them.
While the Monoliths remain distracted, the Balloons will help you to clear them out. Apart from the one closest to the Town Hall, drop three loons each for the rest of the Monoliths. On their way, they will clear out the Teslas as well, but the traps will be triggered. You can then drop your Minions five each on the Castle and the opposite side of the base.
The next step is to clear out the Heroes and their Altars. For this, drop the Apprentice Wardens throughout the base so that they can clear what’s the closest, and targeting the Town Hall, drop the king. Drop your remaining Skeleton Spell on the remaining Monolith as they remain distracted so that the King and the Warden can clear it.
See where the Poison spell is needed and then deploy it to not delay the pace of the attack. Drop the Headhunters as support behind the King and then look at the base as you see an easy three-star attack. The tricky base should not fool you for sure into believing this is a difficult base to attack.
