Genshin Impact: The Complete Yae Miko Constellations Guide and Tips

Constellations for Yae Miko!

“Astute Amusement” Yae Miko is a catalyst-wielding event-exclusive 5* Electro character from Inazuma who was released all the way back in Genshin Impact version 2.5. During release, there was a  lot of controversy surrounding her kit, due to her poor energy generation as well as the fact that she felt like a hybrid between an on-field main DPS and an off-field sub-DPS. Currently, her best teammates are Nahida and Fischl in a Dendro team and Raiden Shogun in an Electro team. This guide will provide a detailed analysis of the pull value of Yae Miko constellations since there has never been a better time to play her than now.

Genshin Impact: Constellations breakdown for Yae Miko

C1: Yakan Offering

This constellation significantly reduces her ER requirements. If she is using her burst every rotation and Raiden Shogun is in the team, Yae can function with only 100% ER.

C2: Fox’s Mooncall

Adds 1 extra level to Sesshou Sakura as well as increases its range. This is a great constellation since around half of her DMG comes from the Sesshou Sakura.

C3: The Seven Glamours

Adds 3 levels to her elemental skill. Since it is the biggest source of her DMG, this is another significant constellation.

C4: Sakura Channeling

This constellation buffs the Electro DMG of the entire party, including herself. It’s already significant if she is the only Electro character on the team, but it becomes even more significant if there are Electro teammates like Raiden Shogun or Fischl.

C5: Mischievous Teasing

Increases elemental burst level, which is not necessarily a huge increase in overall DMG.

C6: Forbidden Art: Daisesshou

This constellation functions just like Raiden Shogun’s C2. Yae Miko’s Sesshou Sakura will ignore 60% of enemies DEF.

Final thoughts

While Yae Miko is a perfectly functional character at C0, every single one of Yae her constellations contribute towards increasing her DMG. All of them except C5 provide a significant DMG increase. As a free-to-play, anything between C1 and C3 is a great stopping point, but none of the constellations are strictly required to make her function.

But for whales, getting C6 is definitely worth it. Yae Miko is one of the rare characters who have a great constellation spread, unlike someone like Raiden Shogun who gains a massive DMG increase between C0 and C3 but the rest of her constellations are below average. Yae Miko constellations are good value for whales and free-to-plays alike, but by no means necessary.
