If you have enough Tickets, you can Summon up to 10 characters at one go.

Inside the Tower of God: New World menu screen, you can find your Avatar icon in the top left. Click on it.
It opens your profile. Here you can two options on the bottom right of your screen, Misc and Info. Click on the former.
In the Misc submenu, you can find the Link Account option.
Click on the given options to link your account.

The Delete option is just below the binding, which they can use the Delete Account option. So you need to figure out their account priorities first before they link their ID to the game.
