- Hero Revamps of Hanzo and Granger to undergo more changes!
- Physical heroes will be subject to balance adjustments!
- Battlefield Effect changes to continue in the Advanced server!
For the Mana changes that have been dealt with in the past few updates, MOONTON Games have decided on the cancellation of removal of Mana changes, and work on Balance Adjustments for now. They will remove Mana for one physical hero in each Role (except Support and Mage). Let us break down the Patch 1.9.18 Update for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Advanced Server in detail.
In designing these heroes, devs don’t want them to experience Mana shortages, and work on Adjustments one by one. The Mage heroes have some other advantages for having Mana in future adjustments. Also, the devs will continue working with revamped heroes like Granger and Hanzo among others. With the release of Suyou this month, the revamps will be released in the Original Server in the following month.
Mobile Legends Patch 1.9.18 Update: Hero Adjustments
Revamped Granger (Adjusted)

After Hanekage dies, Hanzo will return to his body’s position, but the Ultimate’s cooldown will be significantly increased.

Mobile Legends Patch 1.9.18 Update: Balance Adjustments
Battlefield Effect Testing
This week, devs will continue testing some battlefield effects on the Advanced Server to collect balance data and player feedback. This Battlefield Effect Test only applies to Ranked matches at Epic rank and above. When entering a match, the system will inform you of the activated battlefield effect for that match.
1. Battlefield Effect – Fortified
All Turrets will have an Energy Shield in the first 12 minutes.
- Effect Adjustment: The extra Gold provided by each turret’s Energy Shield is uniformly adjusted to 120 Gold. After the adjustment, the total extra Gold provided by Energy Shields is consistent with the standard battlefield.
- Effect Adjustment: As the match duration increased significantly with this battlefield effect, devs have reduced the damage that Energy Shields can absorb to balance the overall match duration.
2. Battlefield Effect – Everlasting Turtle
The Turtle won’t disappear after 8 minutes and will continue to respawn on the map.
- Effect Adjustment: Currently, the Turtle is relatively easy to defeat in the mid to late game. Devs have increased the Turtle’s attack growth to increase the difficulty of defeating it in the mid to late game.
- Effect Adjustment: Reduced the gold rewards for defeating the Turtle in the mid to late game.
3. Battlefield Effect – Eye of Tempest (formerly Eternal Eye)
The respawn time of the Cyclone Eye is greatly reduced.
New Effect: After triggering the Cyclone Eye, gains an additional Movement Speed boost.
4. New Battlefield Effect – Healing Turret + Rapid Response
The Outer Turret will continuously heal nearby allied heroes. The Movement Speed boost from the Base is also greatly increased.
5. Battlefield Effect – Eternal Strength
All allied heroes will gain special buffs from killing the Turtle, which lasts for the entire match.
- Effect Adjustment: Time Required to Refresh the Shield after Leaving Combat: 5s >> 15s
- Effect Adjustment: Extra Adaptive Attack When Shield is Active: 10 + Hero Level >> 10 all levels
Mobile Legends Patch 1.9.18 Update: Battlefield Adjustments
Lord (Summoned)
Based on the data from the Advanced Server, devs have made some additional adjustments on top of the previous Lord changes. Devs slightly increased the HP of allied Lords in the mid to late game. After adjustment, the allied Lord’s HP is approximately 83%-92% of that on the Official Server (varying with game time).
Max HP Damage Dealt to Lord by Base Turret with Holy Defense: 50% >> 65%
Twilight Armor (Adjusted)
The effects balance the effect of this equipment for heroes with different HP.
Unique Passive – Twilight (~)
Excess Damage Reduction: (0.5% Total HP)% >> 25% + (0.2% Total HP)%
