Skill Analysis
Arlott has three active skills and a passive skill including one special ultimate skill like most heroes in the game. In this Mobile Legends guide, we will also talk about the skills to use in certain scenarios as well as skill combos to be able to play Arlott to his maximum potential.
Passive – Demon Gaze (Buff)
It is a very unique passive of Arlott. Whenever enemy heroes are in front of Arlott (hidden enemies in the bush are excluded), they will be exposed by his crowd control effect every 8 seconds (it will add a mark to jungle monsters and minions too). Arlott will find their weakness, and a critical hit is guaranteed if he hits them with skill 2. When the enemies are exposed to his skill, they will glow in red, which will help Arlott to cast his skill more efficiently.
Skill 1 – Dauntless Strike (CC, AoE)

Arlott slashes his lance in a specific direction, slowing enemies by 40% for 2 seconds while dealing 200 (+60% Total Physical Attack)/240/280/320/360/400 physical damage. The best part of the skill is that enemies on the outside will be stunned for 1 second, while enemies on the inside will be stunned for a short period of time (0.1 seconds). So now if the enemies are exposed by Arlott’s passive and he stuns them, he can dash multiple times by using his second skill.
Skill 2 – Vengeance (Damage, Blink)
CD – 10/9.6/9.2/8.8/8.4/8
Mana – 40
This is a dash/escape skill for Arlott. Upon casting, Arlott will dash in a designated direction while dealing 160 (+60% Total Physical Attack)/160/200/240/280/320 physical damage.
Enemies who are marked by his passive (demon gaze) will receive double damage, and Vengeance will be reset immediately while restoring 7%/8%/9%/10%/11%/12% of his lost HP (the HP restoring technique will be capped at 50% when it is used on a non-hero unit). He can mark multiple enemies with his passive, so it will help Arlott dash consecutively by using his second skill.
Skill 3 – Final Slash (CC, AoE)
CD – 20/18/16
Mana – 10/120/140
Arlott splits his lance, directing all of his enemies to his right side and inflicting 400 (+60% total physical attack)/600/800 physical damage. You can even use it to move enemies across the wall. Upon casting this skill, enemies will be marked by Demon Gaze, so Arlott can use his skill 2 freely.
Skill-up method for Arlott
Unlock skill 2 first and upgrade it to the max level. Upgrade skill 1 accordingly, and ultimate whenever available.
Best Emblem set and Spells for Arlott in Mobile Legends
Emblem Setup
For Arlott, you can use a Custom Fighter Emblem set, and it will work very well. First, select Physical Attack (Bravery), then Penetration (Invasion), and for the final point, select Festival of Blood, which will increase your spell vamp on the battlefield.
Alternatively, because Arlott is an assassin, you can use a Custom Assassin Emblem. In order to spend points, first select movement Speed (Agility) and then choose Penetration (Invasion). Remember that choosing penetration is important for dealing damage in the game.
Lastly, select High and Dry to increase damage in solo fights (when holding a lane or ganking a single enemy). Alternatively, you can use Killing Spree to restore 12% of your maximum HP after killing an enemy.
Battle Spells

Best Builds for Arlott in Mobile Legends
One can try many builds on Arlott. All one needs to do is to just follow the enemy’s pick and then decide the role on the battlefield. There is no fixed build for any hero, but according to Arlott’s passive, some items are core items, and we will discuss that.
- Tough Boots: This is a very important boot for Arlott. These Boots will provide movement speed and magical defense. Apart from this, the boot is mainly used to reduce the CC effect from enemies. If you are holding experience lanes and the enemy is a pure physical damage-based hero, you can choose Warrior Boots.
- Endless Battle: This is the core item for Arlott. It will provide +65 Physical Attacks, +5 Mana Regen, +250 HP, +10% CDR, +5% Movement speed, and +10% physical lifesteal. These are its primary purposes, but its main purpose is its unique passive, which will grant 60% physical attack as extra true damage on his basic attack after casting a skill. (That’s why Basic Attack is mentioned in the skill combo.)
- Hunter Strike: This item can be extremely useful for Arlott because of its unique passive, which grants +15 physical penetration and deals damage to the same enemy hero or creep 5 times in a row while also providing 50% extra movement speed, allowing him to chase down dot-life enemies.
- Bloodlust Axe: Increases spell vamp by 20% while increasing physical attack by 70% and CDR by 10%.
- Dominance Ice: This will play a very important role as a defensive item. Its unique passive will reduce the attack speed of nearby enemy heroes by 75%; not only that, but it also helps you reduce the shield and HP regen effects of nearby enemies (basically working as a magic necklace). If your opponent’s heroes rely solely on physical attack, you can substitute Antique Cuirass for Dominance Ice.
- Athena’s Shield: This is the last item for Arlott. It will provide you with a strong (25%) magic damage reduction shield against burst magic damage heroes. If Change and Lunox are present on the battlefield, choose Radiant Armor.
Mobile Legends Arlott Gameplay Tips
Arlott is an offlaner hero; we personally suggest that play as a fighter in the exp lane. It will help you farm faster while defending the turret. This hero completely relies on his S2 and its passive. The best part is that Arlott can switch between fighting, jungler, and roamer modes.

Early Game
Try to be aggressive in the early game because he has a lot of sustained damage. Clear the 1st wave of minions, secure the small crab, clear the 2nd set of minions, or just protect your team’s blue buff from enemy assassins while playing as a tank. Wait for the ultimate crab and try to take it.
In the meantime, you will be level 4 and can then do the first gank at the top (turtle lane) in order to kill enemy carry if you get a successful rotation from the tank. Or else you rotate to the middle and gank there. It is critical at this stage to avoid an unwelcome enemy ambush.
Cast your skill 2 properly in order to escape or deal double damage, and don’t forget to activate the passive. There is no specific skill combo in the game because the situation changes all the time, but if you have an advantage, try to cast this combo, which will undoubtedly help you in the game.

Mid Game
In the midgame phase, try to push turrets; don’t indulge yourself in unnecessary fights. Farm whenever you get the chance and remember that Arlott is fully dependent on his skills, so prioritize your two core items to get stronger.
As per what we discussed, there is no fixed build apart from core items, so after purchasing boots and Endless Battle, you can buy Malefic Roar, Blade of Despair, or Hunter Strike as per the composition of the enemy. Players can additionally use this combo, to gain an upper hand on the battlefield:
Skill 1 + Basic Attack + Skill 2 + Basic Attack + Skill 3 + Skill 2
Late Game
Focus on team fights in the late game, and roam the bush to ambush squishy enemy heroes like marksmen and mages. Invade the enemy buff with your carrier or do a surprise attack on the enemy ADC. Arlott is the perfect hero for tower diving to displace enemy positions.
So don’t try to initiate a fight, wait for the perfect moment to jump on the enemy team while they are trying to gank. But if you are playing as a tank, there are no other options left but to wait in the bush and use skill 1 to stun them, then use skill 3 to move the enemy hyper from his secure position to outnumber the enemies.
Always use skill 1 to stun enemies before using a basic attack to deal true damage. Use the second skill to prevent enemies from escaping while dealing double damage and restoring HP, but if enemies gank you often, then stay under your turret for a while, lure them to you, cast petrify, and use skill 2 to dash like Lancelot.

This is a very strong hero with lots of abilities. We can mark him as an S-tier hero, and he can play a versatile role just like Fredrinn, which will make him unique and flexible, and he can also be used as an MM or Mage counter.
