The new season of FC Mobile is in full swing! Electronic Arts has released the latest season of their popular soccer title as a season update. As soon as the new season kicked off with FC Mobile 24, everyone was super hyped for the new Zidane Icon Journey. EA introduced a grinding permanent event where players will have to complete certain matches to claim the 92 OVR Prime Icon Zinedine Zidane!
Similar to Zidane, Beckham, Gullit, and Torres events of the yesteryears, Zidane is the first permanent event to be released in-game which gave the players the chance to claim a Prime Icon Free to Play. Although a lot of players have completed the campaign, for those of you who are still stuck in limbo and finding difficulty, here is our guide to ease things up!
FC Mobile 24 Zidane Icon Journey: An Introduction
To claim the Beastly 92 OVR CAM card, Zidane, you need to complete a set of matches that are set throughout the career of one of the game’s greatest ever, on the way to complete your journey. However, unlike previous seasons, you need not complete a set of milestones to claim him, ie you don’t need to worry about reaching FC Champion in either VSA or H2H or winning League vs League tournaments and many more!
Yes, just by completing a set of matches thereby going back in time and playing through Zidane’s career in France, Italy, and Spain, you can unlock him easily. Also, you don’t need to build any nation, league, or even club squads to complete this campaign. Yes, that’s correct! You can just use your main squad to play through these matches, with some of them requiring preset squads.
There are in total four versions of Zidane, available in this event, divided into three distinct chapters: Elite, Master, and Legendary. The four versions are based on his age and performances during that time in Zizou’s career:
- 82 OVR CAM Zinedine Zidane
- 85 OVR CAM Zinedine Zidane
- 88 OVR CAM Zinedine Zidane
- 92 OVR CAM Zinedine Zidane

FC Mobile 24 Zidane Icon Journey Chapter 1: Elite
Overview
In this chapter, you will be required to play and win a total of 2x Skill Games and 6x Matches to advance through the chapter. This chapter is based on the early days of Zidane’s career as he debuted in Ligue 1 in 1989 and made a name for himself. Young Zizou also scored 2 Goals for France in his first match for the National team signalling his greatness. As you start this chapter, you are rewarded with

Besides the Icon Journey Tokens, you will receive 2000 Gems additionally as Career Rewards for completing the Zidane Icon Journey Elite Chapter. To unlock the next chapter ie the Master Chapter, you will need to accumulate 300 Icon Journey Tokens. By just playing the Elite Chapter you can receive 65 Icon Journey Tokens with an additional 50 Icon Journey Tokens every day from the repeatable Match and Daily Rewards.
Completing the Elite Chapter
Therefore you need to play the repeatable Match and collect your Daily Rewards every day for the next five days at least to unlock the Master Chapter. Remember the repeatable match can only be played if you complete the matches before them, so complete the other Matches and Skill Games ASAP to unlock the repeatable match and in turn speed up the entire process!
FC Mobile 24 Zidane Icon Journey Chapter 2: Master
Overview
In this chapter, you will be required to play and win a total of 10x Matches to advance through the chapter. This chapter is based on Zidane’s time at Juventus as he made his mark in Serie A by winning 2x League Titles. Zidane hit his prime by winning the 1998 FIFA World Cup and scoring twice in the final against the tournament favorites, Brazil. His performances in the World Cup earned him the Ballon d’Or.
To start this chapter, you need to complete an Exchange initially that costs 75 Icon Journey Tokens and the Zidane Token 1 that you received in the Elite Chapter. If you play the repeatable Match and collect the Daily Rewards from the previous chapter for one more day you will be able to complete the exchange easily. The exchange kickstarts the Master chapter, along with rewarding you with:

From the Master Chapter, you will receive an additional 6500 Gems as Career Rewards for completing the Chapter. To unlock the next chapter ie the Legendary Chapter, you will need to accumulate 1300 Icon Journey Tokens. By just playing the Elite Chapter you can receive 340 Icon Journey Tokens with an additional 150 Icon Journey Tokens every day from the repeatable Match and Daily Rewards.
Completing the Master Chapter
Now here comes the interesting bit, on unlocking the Master Chapter, the Elite Chapter Repeatable matches do not lock, they are still playable! So therefore if you complete the chapter fast enough, then you can get 200 Icon Journey Tokens every day from the repeatable Match and Daily Rewards from both chapters. Therefore you need to play the repeatable Match and collect your Daily Rewards every day from both the Elite and Master Chapters for the next five days at least to unlock the Legendary Chapter.
FC Mobile 24 Zidane Icon Journey Chapter 3: Legendary
Overview
In this chapter, you will be required to play and win a total of 10x Matches to advance through the chapter. This chapter showcases Zidane’s glory while playing for Real Madrid. Zizou certified his status as a Real Madrid legend by scoring a volley against Bayer Leverkusen and thereby winning the 2002 UEFA Champions League.
To start this chapter, you need to complete an Exchange initially that costs 550 Icon Journey Tokens and the Zidane Token 2 that you received in the Master Chapter. If you play the repeatable Matches and collect the Daily Rewards from the previous two chapters for three more days you will be able to complete the exchange easily. The exchange kickstarts the Master chapter, along with rewarding you with:

From the Legendary Chapter, you will receive an additional 10500 Gems as Career Rewards for completing the Chapter. Finishing the Legendary Chapter allows you to get the 92 OVR CAM Zinedine Zidane. To obtain Zizou, you will need to complete his exchange which requires the Zidane Token 3, obtained at the beginning of the Legendary Chapter, and an additional 4500 Icon Journey Tokens.
Completing the Legendary Chapter and Claiming Zidane
Now to obtain the required Icon Journey Tokens, you will receive a total of 510 Icon Journey Tokens with an additional 200 Icon Journey Tokens every day from the repeatable Match and Daily Rewards. To accumulate the required Icon Journey Tokens, you will need to play the repeatable Matches and collect the Daily Rewards from all three chapters, which generates a total of 400 Icon Journey Tokens every day.
Of course, similar to the Elite chapter, both Elite and Master Chapter’s repeatable matches stay unlocked even on completing the Legendary Chapter. Therefore if you play the repeatable Matches and collect the Daily Rewards from all three chapters for the next 10 days after completing the Legendary Chapter, you will be able to gather the necessary Icon Journey Tokens.
FC Mobile 24 Zidane Icon Journey Tips and Tricks
Before heading out, here are some of the bonus tips and tricks to ease your way into getting Zidane in FC Mobile 24.
- The entirety of the Elite Chapter and most of the Master Chapter can be completed by Autoplaying the Matches. Therefore utilise the Autoplay feature to its fullest and save your time
- Remember there are no squad-building restrictions this time, therefore use your main team to complete the matches without having a second thought.
- Don’t forget to complete the Repeatable Matches and collect the Daily Rewards every day, they play a major part in acquiring the necessary Icon Journey Tokens
- The Right Wing is the most important position in all formations and for all the chapters. Have a proper fast right-winger who can also dribble well.
- The best way to win quickly is to play a couple of passes around the right baseline and dribble the last defender so RW can finesse. It’s either a goal, corner or rebound for the striker.
- Again, not every goal is going to come from your right wing. You have other tools in your box, don’t be afraid to use them.
Remember you are playing against the AI not another human so the gameplay becomes predictable gradually. So don’t be afraid to forfeit if you give up a goal at some point, ever! In the end, it comes down to more about commitment to tactics and staying focused than really being good at this game. Some of these matches seem impossible at times until they aren’t, eventually, things are going to line up, you’ll succeed and you’ll never have to play this match again.
