Minecraft player builds a zippy cross-dimensional ice boat track

Yet another awesome Minecraft build!

Another day, another cool Minecraft build with a couple of thousand upvotes over on r/Minecraft. And today, we have for you an ice boat track that will not only take you places, but it’ll also take you places across dimensions. Created by Reddit user u/Koning_DanDan and their cousin, the track makes use of ice and boats to propel users ahead at high speeds.

It’s kind of an old trick but here we see the use of rising water columns, slime blocks, and more for the creation of a track that spans across the overworld- going underground and then out in the open across biomes, then into the hellish nether filled with lava, where we get to see quite a tricky and intense drift by the riders which takes them to the End (the dimension, after which we see the actual end).

Experience a fun ice boat track in Minecraft

According to the creator, this project took 4 hours of hard work although they had help from their cousin which probably made the job easier. Additionally, commands and a debug stick were used in the build although that shouldn’t distract from all the efforts put in here. Ice tracks are incredibly fun to play around with and relatively easy to start building so if you’re a Minecraft user and have never made one, then you’re definitely missing out.

This build is yet another one to add to the long list of very creative accomplishments by players that include an abandoned city, a rich and sparky urban city, the entire game of Valorant, Breath of the Wild’s Hyrule Castle, Axolotls represented as Pokemon, One Piece’s Onigashima, Doctor Who’s Planet Gallifrey, the entire Milky Way galaxy, Creepers celebrating the festival of Christmas with Santa Caps and beards, several recreations from Mario’s universe, Bloodborne’s dark and gaunt Yharnam to mention some.
