The new Mobile Legends (MLBB) Advanced Server with its Patch 1.9.24 Update is bringing new Hero Adjustments for the next big update. It’s been a few days since the Patch 1.9.20 Update dropped on the original server. The upcoming Advanced Server Updates will focus more on hero balance changes, along with some Hero Revamps set in the future, namely Hanzo and many more. Let us break down those changes:
Mobile Legends Patch 1.9.24 Update: Hero Adjustments
Lukas (Buffed)
Devs have reverted the Attack Speed boost of Lukas’s Skill 2.
Skill 2 (↑)
- Reverted Effect: Gains 20% Attack Speed after casting Flash Strike.
- Movement Speed: 30% >> 20%
Revamped Hanzo (Buffed)
Skill 2 (~)
Revamped Effect: Hanzo dashes in the target direction, leaving a Dark Mist. When the mist hits a non-Minion target or reaches its maximum range, it expands and continuously deals damage and slows targets in the area.
Ultimate (↑)
- Debuff Duration after Hanekage Dies: 8s >> 6s
- Actively returning from the Hanekage form will also trigger temporary invincibility and the HP Regen effect.
Clint (Buffed)
Optimized the casting experience of Clint’s skills to improve his adaptability, while slightly reducing his late-game HP for balance.
Attributes (↓)
HP Growth: 170 >> 145
Skill 1 (↑)
- Removed the foreswing.
- Reduced the backswing time by 20%.
Skill 2 (↑)
- Skill Range: 4.4 >> 3.8
- Dash Distance: 2.3 >>> 3
- Dashing speed increased by 20%.
Ultimate (~)
- Reduced the foreswing time by 33%.
- Reduced the backswing time by 33%.
- Skill range: 8 >> 7 (Adjusted to match the enhanced Basic Attack range, ensuring that the Ultimate can immediately be followed by an enhanced Basic Attack when it hits the target)
Chang’e (Buffed)
Devs have optimized Chang’e’s mechanics. The shield was originally a means for Chang’e to protect herself, but instead, Chang’e needed to protect the shield from being destroyed to unleash 100% of her skill intensity. This caused significant variance in Chang’e’s power and gaming experience. In this update, devs have upgraded Chang’e’s skills to their complete forms, granting her new abilities.
Passive (↑)
New Effect: Crescent Moon becomes Passive, providing constant enhancement to Chang’e.
Skill 2 (~)
New Skill: Chang’e summons a reflection of the moon at the target location. After a brief delay, the moon rises, pulling enemies in the area to the center and dealing Magic Damage.
Gord (Buffed)
As the meta evolves, Gord’s competitiveness in the Mid Lane has gradually declined. Devs are attempting to improve their competitiveness by optimizing the hit experience of Skill 1.
Skill 1 (↑)
Mystic Projectile Speed: 10 >> 12.5
Ultimate (↑)
- New Effect: When the skill is activated, Chang’e gains Movement Speed that decays over time.
- New Effect: When the skill is activated, Chang’e immediately gains a shield that lasts for a certain duration.

Battle Spells
Regen (Buffed)
Devs have noticed that some heroes have a significant advantage in the early laning phase (due to the current meta, hero counter relationships, etc.). Therefore, devs will aim to enhance the sustainability of some weaker heroes in the early to mid-game, while still maintaining opportunities for stronger heroes to secure kills against them.
As a result, devs have boosted the effect of Regen in the early game, while trying to keep its effect in the mid and late game consistent with the previous version. Devs will continue to monitor the impact of this change and make additional adjustments in future patches if necessary.
HP Regen (↑)
18% of Max HP >> 720 + 6% of Max HP
