Survival is the most exciting battle!

Peacekeeper, also known as Mozi, is a well-known mage and fighter in the Honor of Kings. Peacekeeper generally holds the mid-lane, but because of his skill-casting abilities, he can also play in the clash lane. We will definitely recommend this mage if you are a solo queue player. In this Honor of Kings guide, we will take a look at the skills, and best builds, including tips and tricks to dominate every game with Peacekeeper.

We have previously discussed how to master playing with other Honor of Kings heroes like Diaochan, Private Ear, Solarus, Lady Sun, Musashi, Mirrorblade, and Eternal Sage. So make sure to check these hero guides as well. For now, let’s focus on Peacekeeper.

He can deal with ranged attacks, which is very annoying, and apart from that, his melee attacks are very lethal. But in order to use him at first, you must know the basics. and based on his skill-casting abilities, we can rate him as an A-tier pick with medium-level difficulty. Peacekeeper’s specialty is controlling the crowd while dealing mass damage to them. So, without further ado, let’s just jump into the battlefield to understand the mechanics.

Skill Analysis

Peacekeeper is a hero that has four abilities which are one passive and three active. In this Peacekeeper guide, let’s see what are his abilities in Honor of Kings, and when you can use which skill to get the best out of him.

Passive – Fight for Peace (Damage, Crowd control)

Peacekeeper’s passive is very useful, which makes him a great clash laner. There is a bar that indicates his basic attack counts (capped at 4). After three successful attacks, the fourth basic attack will knock the enemies back for 0.75 seconds while dealing 450 (+70% of his magical attack) magic damage to them.

His passive’s second interesting part is that each time Peacekeeper uses a skill, he will immediately receive 1 stack of shield for the next 3 seconds (capped at 3 stacks), where each stack can nullify 300 (+35% magical attack) damage.

CD – 10/9/8/7/6/5 seconds
Mana Cost – 70

This skill is very easy to use; upon casting it, Peacekeeper dashes in the designated direction, dealing 250 (+38% magical attack)/300/350/400/450/500 amount of magical damage to enemies while enhancing his next basic attack. You can also use this skill to close or increase the gap between you and the enemy.

Skill 2 – Cannon Blast (Damage, Crowd Control, Ranged)

CD – 7 seconds
Mana Cost – 55

This skill can do ranged damage to enemies. Upon casting a shockwave, it is launched towards the designated area and blasted upon hitting an enemy hero or completing its maximum range while dealing 525 (+45% magical attack)/575/625/675/725/775 amount of magical damage to them.

Not only that, after casting skill 2, Peacekeeper will be surrounded by an electrifying shield that deals 50 (+5% magical attack)/56/62/68/74/80 magical damage to enemies within the range every 0.5 seconds, which lasts for 4 seconds.

Skill 3 – Think inside the box (Damage, Crowd Control)

CD – 50/45/40 seconds
Mana Cost – 150

Upon casting, Peacekeeper instantly creates a box-shaped electric barrier around himself, which lasts for 3.3 seconds and stuns all enemies inside it while dealing 200 (+45% magical attack)/250/300 amount of magic damage to them.

Honor of Kings Peacekeeper Gameplay Tips

According to Peacekeeper’s skill-casting abilities, we can categorize him as an easy-to-play type hero. He is very strong in team fights because of his crowd-control ability. According to Peacekeeper’s gameplay, we can break it down into three phases. Our Honor of Kings Peacekeeper guide includes the perfect game plan for the early, mid, and late games of the game. However, a player must have a good understanding of the map to get the most out of any hero.

Early Game

At level 1, unlock your second skill and purchase basic boots. Try to go in the middle lanes; it will help you rotate fast in the top or bottom lanes. Or else you can go to the Clash/Exp lane. Clear your first wave of minions. But try to avoid clash lanes if a proper fighter/sustain is present.

Clear the first or second wave, then try to gank enemies in the top or bottom lane. Do not just sit idle in the lane. spam Skill 2: Poking enemies and delaying their farms.

Mid Game

Use Skill 2 + Skill 1 to harass enemies; he has a long-range, so poke your enemy in the laning phase.  After unlocking Skill 3, you can perform a small combo of:

Skill 2 + (Skill 1 + Basic Attack*3) + Skill 3

Peacekeeper is fragile in the early stages, so don’t extend the fight. Buy Holy Grail then you are good to go. Try to help your allies farm or wait in the bush for a successful gank. Focus on invading instead of only farming.

Try to cast your ultimate on the enemy to deal extra damage and spam Skill 2 more often. Keep an eye on your minimap and try to secure Tyrant and Overlord whenever the jungler is trying to secure them; both will give you a gold and experience boost. Not only that but slaying overlords will also help you push the lane. Additionally, you can perform the following combo to gain an upper hand on the battlefield:

Skill 2 + Skill 1 + Basic Attack*4 + Skill 3+ Skill 2

Late Game

In the late phase, keep repeating the process to dominate the battlefield. During a team fight, always aim your Skill 2 at the damage dealer to make sure that you hit the right target. Do not hesitate to do 1v1 or 1v2, because at this stage you will control the enemies at ease.

Whenever you press skill 3, watch out for enemy suppression; otherwise, you will get caught or end up by the enemies. Try to cast Skill 2 first to stun them. And if possible, try to secure the tempest dragon, but do not engage it directly; instead, try to hide in a bush or attack from a safe distance so that if the enemy appears suddenly, you can escape or finish them with your combos.

Final Thoughts

This hero can help you push the rank easily. In the previous section, we discussed how to control the mid lane, but you can control the clash lane too by just using the same combo. That time, just follow the clash lane rotation and watch out for stuns, because once Mozi is exposed to hard CC or stun, that will be a problematic situation for him.

Just focus on your items first, then gank enemies, because, in the late game, he shines the most. An excellent pick for rank games, Peacekeeper is definitely a good pick for the current meta.
