Passive– Lightslinger
After using an Ability, Lucian´s next Attack will be within 3.5 seconds, firing two shots. The second shot deals 50% physical damage, increased to 100% against minions. The second shot is a separate Attack that applies on-hit effects and can critically strike.
Skill 1 – Piercing Light
Shoots a bolt of piercing light through an enemy unit, damaging enemies in a line for 95 physical damage (+ 60% AD).
Skill 2 – Ardent Blaze
Fires a shot that explodes at the end of its range or on the first enemy hit, dealing 75 magic damage (+ 90% AP). This does briefly reveal enemies, marking them for 6 seconds. When Lucian or an ally damages a marked enemy, Lucian gains 65 Movement Speed for 1 second.
Skill 3 – Relentless Pursuit
Quickly dashes a short distance. The Cooldown of Skill 3 is reduced by one second whenever Lucian hits an enemy with Lightslinger. This would amount to 2 seconds for the case of champions.
Skill 4 – The Culling
Skill 4 fires rapidly in a direction for 3 seconds. Each shot deals 30 physical damage (+ 25% AD + 10% AP) for the first enemy hit. It amounts to physical damage of 649. Lucian might use Relentless Pursuit during The Culling. Recast to cancel early. Minions take 200% damage from The Culling.
