Kagura knocks back any nearby enemies in a circular area and deals 330 (+105% Total Magic Damage)/400/470 amount of magic damage while slowing them down for 0.5% by 60%.

Despite a detached umbrella, Kagura can move it in a particular direction as her will while dealing 315 (+105% Total Magic Damage)/370/425/480/535/590 amount of magic damage and also slows them down for a short amount (60% for 0.5 seconds) of time.
Skill 2 – Rasho Umbrella Flee (Remove CC, Blink)
CD – 12.0/11.5/11/10.5/10/9.5
Mana – 55/60/65/70/75/80
Upon using this skill Kagura instantly teleports to her umbrella and takes it. It will stun nearby enemies in the circular area for a short amount of time while damaging them with 300 (+90% Total Magic Power)/320/340/360/380/400 amount of magic damage.
Skill 3 – Yin Yang Overturn (CC, Burst)
CD – 43/38/33
Mana – 85/100/115
When the umbrella is already in a particular spot, upon casting her ultimate she will deal 290 (+70% Total Magic Power)/340/390 amount of magic damage to enemies in a circular area and slow them down by 60%. After 1.5 seconds the enemies inside the circular area will be pulled towards her umbrella and take extra 400 (+145% Total Magic Power)/500/600 amount of magic damage.

- Blood Wings: A great amount of magic power alongside the given HP from the blood wings will make Kagura a lot more compatible in late-game situations.
- Magic Necklace:The anti-regen passivity of the necklace will be helpful in team fights in a particular situation where the enemy has more than one lifesteal hero.

Kagura, as a mid to late-game mage, lacks proper damage in the early game. Be sure to take advantage of her long-range first skill to poke enemy from a safe distance and gain a farm advantage in the lane. According to her gameplay, we can break it down into three phases. Early Game
Start by buying boot and go to mid-lane to clear the first wave of minions, keep an eye on the map and try to give vision to your allies by placing your umbrella in the bush. It will help them to win the contest of getting Lithowonder in that early phase.
By now Kagura should be level 2 and use that second skill’s short stun as an advantage in early ganks. After completing boots make sure to buy Lightning Truncheon as the first core item. Do not expect to deal a huge amount of damage and burst down squishy enemies in one combo in this early phase.
Mid Game
To make Lightning Truncheon’s passive deal more damage consider Clock of Destiny as her second core item. After getting these two core items Kagura should be able to deal a decent amount of damage to the enemy backline and even can kill squishy backlines who are not in full HP. So you should always target the backline in a gank.
Late Game
If you manage to get some kills by now or at least a good number of assists then Kagura should be able to buy a third core item i.e. Holy Crystal. After getting these three core items Kagura can get a bit aggressive and can haunt down off- positioned Marksman or Mage. Though not being a core item, in the current meta Genius Wand is a very popular pick for Kagura, be sure to buy it.
For the last item, you can choose any of the four above-mentioned items i.e. Divine Glaive Blood Wings, Magic Necklace, Winter Truncheon. As Kagura can give vision using her umbrella from a safe distance it can be very helpful when contesting Turtle in mid-game or lord in the late game. After getting all these items, remember to sell boot and buy Immorality.
Skill Combos for Kagura
Throws Kagura’s umbrella towards the enemy. Casting ultimate now will activate its first phase of dealing damage while instantly resetting the Seimei umbrella’s cooldown. Now quickly reposition your umbrella according to the enemy, tap Rasho Umbrella Flee to teleport to umbrella giving the enemy a short stun, and make sure to hit the enemy with Ultimate’s delayed 2nd phase (without umbrella) damage.
Then use ultimate’s 1st stage (with umbrella) to complete the combo. Use primary Rasho Umbrella Flee (with umbrella) for getting out after completing. As Kagura’s 2nd phase (without umbrella) of ultimate has a short delay, Kagura can technically use both of her Ultimates simultaneously to make a perfect combo.
